Briefly about my lawyer services and the professional dedication with which I fulfill my clients' needs to the maximum:

My career as a lawyer started in 2002, when I successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Pázmány Péter Catholic University. Since then, I have gained experience in many areas of the legal profession. Initially, I worked in law firms in Budapest, where I consolidated my legal knowledge in various legal areas, such as real estate law, corporate law, labour law, and litigation. During this time,  I also specialised in drafting and reviewing employment and civil law contracts.

Extensive Experience in the corporate world

From 2008 until 2022, I was the sole in-house legal counsel and compliance officer, and also a member of the management of a large international healthcare company. I was responsible for data protection aswell. Thanks to all these years I gained a wide range of experience and expertise in the legal, data protection and compliance areas necessary for the day-to-day operation of a company (preparation of commercial contracts, employment contracts, legal resolutions, regulations that fully cover the company's operations)  and also of people management. This period offered me plenty of opportunities to obtain deeper knowledge not only of Hungarian law, but also of the international legal environment. Based on my legal relationship as an employee, I have a comprehensive idea and professional experience of what needs/expectations arise during an external lawyer assignment. During the transformations, I continuously expanded my legal expertise in health care law, data protection, compliance, ESG and many other legal fields.

As your Partner as a lawyer

From 2023, I  work as an individual lawyer registered at the Budapest Bar Association. I provide legal services in Hungarian and English. My clients consists primarily of companies, and I offer full legal support, including health care law, corporate law, labour law, real estate law, sports law, compliance, whistleblowing, data protection, ESG sustainability consulting, as well as company-level organizational and contract due diligence.

I also provide legal support individual clients in labour law, real estate law and data protection matters.
